Our Story
After co-founding and successfully growing a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that secured over $5.5 million in government contracts, Kristy Pittman recognized a critical need in the Veteran business community. Too many talented Veterans were struggling to navigate the complexities of government contracting and business growth.
Following the sale of her company, Kristy made it her mission to share her expertise and empower entrepreneurs. Today, Peak Performance Strategies has helped clients secure over $550 million in contracts by providing practical guidance, proven strategies, and personalized support.

Meet Kristy Pittman
Kristy Pittman, an accomplished Strategic Life and Business Coach, leverages her experience as an entrepreneur and federal contracting specialist to help veteran-owned businesses navigate government complexities, secure multi-million-dollar contracts, and build purposeful, thriving enterprises that offer true freedom.
With over 15 years of government contracting experience, Kristy co-founded a company that generated more than $10 million in sales, strategically winning 180 government contracts totaling over $5.5 million. Recognized as "The Golden Child of Federal Contracting" by the International Association of U.S. Government Contractors, her expertise has been featured in The Miami Herald and CNBC.com.
After selling her company, Kristy now dedicates herself to empowering entrepreneurs through her unique combination of practical business knowledge and mindset development. As a previous owner of a Small Disadvantaged Veteran-Owned Business and former VA-certified Veteran Verification Assistance Counselor, she brings invaluable insight to Veterans looking to capitalize on government opportunities.
Kristy graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in communications and lives in Flagler Beach, FL, where she enjoys yoga, meditation, and sunrise beach walks with her husband.
